Sports Physical and 7th Grade Physical Information
Upcoming 8-12 grades only
Central City Public Schools will be offering sports physicals for students entering the 8th-12th grade ONLY at the high school on Wednesday May 2, 2018 for the 2018-2019 school year starting at 5:30PM. The cost of the sports physical is $20.00. Please contact the middle school, high school, superintendent’s office or check the school website for further information and required paperwork. Impact testing will be at 5:00PM in the high school media center for students going into the 9th grade, 11th grade and those who have had a diagnosed concussion. All incoming 7th graders are not eligible for this physical.
Upcoming 7th grade only
The Board of Education requires all incoming 7th graders to have a school physical within 6 (six) months prior to entering the 2018-2019 school year. In addition, if your child plans to participate in sports during the 2018-2019 school year, a sports physical must be completed after May 1, 2018 per NSAA (Nebraska School Activities Association). For all 7th grade students the sports physical DOES NOT take the place of the required 7th grade physical but can be combined.
