Central Conference Honor Band and Class B All-State Band

Five students from Central City High School were selected for the Central Conference Honor Band that will take place on March 20th.  Two of them were also selected for the Class B All-State Band that will take place on March 23rd and 24th.  These students went through an audition process that included preparing selected music and scales for a recorded audition.  Those auditions are then sent to judges that compile all of the auditions from participating schools.  The judges then rank the students based on their performance and place only the top students in each of the bands.  Students selected are Alexis G., Alexis L., Amanda D., Emily K., and Randi T.
